Community Business Group is a private limited business company based in Addis Ababa, Ethiopia. It is a newly emerging general business company, established in 2025 with specialized professionals in civil construction industries. The group is now starting to carry out construction works ranging from small to large-scale construction projects. And it has also dedicated itself to gradually integrating other business units. The construction business unit includes constructing buildings, infrastructure developments, renovation, and project management.

Our flat organizational structure allows for open communication and collaboration among team members and stakeholders. This structure enables us to be agile and responsive to the needs and the requirements of our stakeholders and the ever-changing construction industry demands. Our faithfulness to our stakeholders sharpens and strengthens our edge in the market.

Organizational Structure

The company is founded and managed by certified and experienced engineers. Its organizational structure is specifically designed for managing various projects in a practical and cost-effective manner to meet the specific requirements of the stakeholders. Its flat organizational structure allows for open communication and collaboration among team members as well as the stakeholders.

 General. Manager: Sets the strategic direction and overall vision.

Deputy Manager: Responsible to follow up construction works on site, and handle Deputy Manager's Duties.

Project Manager: Manages individual and multiple projects at a time and ensuring they meet scope, budget, schedule and quality. He is also responsible for liaises between Employers and project teams.

Commercial Manager: Responsible for client outreach, branding, and securing new projects. He is also responsible for talent acquisition and logistics as well as finance and project contract administration.
